If your child has been diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome, local doctors need their help

Tourette’s Syndrome (TS) is a neurological disorder characterized by motor or vocal tics that begin in childhood and persist over time. The tics are brief in duration, occur spontaneously, and do not show a regular temporal pattern.

The D1AMOND study is researching an investigational drug to find out if it works in children and adolescents with Tourette’s Syndrome.

Pharmaceutical companies do research studies like this one to learn more about investigational drugs before they are made available to the public. Study volunteers can help us in this important research. Thank you for considering participation in this study.

What is the purpose of the D1AMOND study?

This study is investigating the study drug to find out how well it works in subjects age 6 to 17 years of age with TS.

Who can participate in this study?

To be eligible for this study, your child must:

  • Be 6 to 17 years of age
  • Be diagnosed with TS
  • Have both motor and vocal tics that interrupt normal routines

Pre-qualified participants will be seen by a doctor and receive all study-related exams, care and medications at no cost. Compensation for travel is available.
